Phytotherapy

The basis of treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine is herbal and food treatment. Specially composed herbal recipes have a strong effect and can heal many diseases, often more effectively than traditional treatment methods known in Europe. Due to the strong effect of natural medicines, they should be used under the strict supervision of a Chinese medicine doctor.

Four groups of herbs can be distinguished: strongly cooling, cooling, warming and strongly warming. Cold herbs, for example, are mint, which is used for diseases of heat, and warm herbs, such as ginger, are used to treat cold diseases. Most often in practice, there are mixed symptoms of cold and heat, which can only be treated by an experienced doctor.
