The most difficult patients?

Today I came across a text by Diolosa, with which I identify a lot and I often meet in practice: “The most difficult patients are always those who follow rigorous hygiene of life, similar to religious fanaticism. They are amazed at the fact that they are seriously ill despite their efforts to preserve the body they obsessively believe to have.”

When it comes to nutritional consultations, the most difficult thing for me is to reach people who spend a lot of time studying both on the Internet and in many specialized books of nutritional and health recommendations. I am very impressed with how much detailed information they have and how it does not serve them. I recommend UMIAR and realizing what exactly is good or unfavorable for me.
